Jeg har på det seneste læst en hel del om såkaldte nulenergi-huse. Dvs. hvor man i teorien skal indføre “nul energi” for at opvarme huset: Grunden til at dette overhovedet kan lade sig gøre er dog forskellige andre varmekilder – i hvert fald indirekte: Ikke mindst er folk, der bor i huset jo naturlige varmekilder, og på den lidt mindre miljø-rigtige front er computere, ovnen, brødisteren m.v. jo også med at opvarme det hus, man bor i. Det der ikke tiltaler mig er, at der jo må komme et varmesvind, HVIS man ønsker at der sker er udluftning – for selvom genveks er smart, så kan det altså ikke holde AL varmen hjemme. Man kan så kombinere med jordvarme eller anden varmekilde, der ikke afhænger af udefrakommende energi som sådan. I så fald er der ikke tale om decideret nulenergibolig, men om  lav energi huse – eller passive huse. Og det kan jeg lide at høre! Det oprindelige koncept her er tysk og har nogle ret klare retninglingerne for, hvornår huset kan siges at overholde retningslinjerne – der må tilføres varme (så man kan udskifte luften), men ikke så meget – så det vil stadig være meget biligt at opvarme og sådan et byggeri (merprisen ved nybyggeri) kan tjene sig ind igen i løbet af en begrænset årrække.
